KNSS TOWER

Size : 30,360 SQ.FT.
Year : 2021-2024 (UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

This remarkable office building stands as a testament to the vision of one of Nepal’s most esteemed builders. Designed to be a versatile mixed-use structure, it seamlessly integrates a range of functions, making it a standout in its class.

The ground floor is graced by a cozy cafe, setting the stage for a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. As we ascend, the first, second, and third floors house the builder’s own offices, embodying the essence of their expertise and craftsmanship. Continuing upwards, the fourth and fifth floors transition into well-appointed serviced apartments, offering comfort and convenience to their occupants. The crowning jewel of this architectural marvel is the terrace, transformed into a leisure oasis. Here, a gym, swimming pool, spa, and a fully equipped cafeteria with a professional kitchen provide an unparalleled experience of relaxation and recreation to the companies staff and visitors.

A distinctive challenge emerged in the form of varying window configurations and sizes due to the diverse functions accommodated within the building. The ingenious solution took shape through the creation of double-heighted triple-heighted voids and balconies adorned with metal projections, clad in carefully selected materials. This architectural strategy artfully breaks down the building’s massing, forming a complex yet harmonious jigsaw puzzle that draws attention away from any non-aligned windows.

The exterior facade of the building is adorned with eco-friendly clay tiles sourced from China, imparting a rich and textured appearance that stands out amidst its surroundings. To infuse a touch of nature into the bustling Kathmandu Valley, a towering three-story green wall graced with strategically placed plants adds a breath of fresh air and a natural allure to the structure. This office building is more than just a construction; it is a masterpiece that seamlessly marries functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
