The site selected for this housing project is situated within the bustling confines of Guwahati, India, an area characterized by high population density. The land itself boasts a relatively flat terrain, its dimensions skewed towards a more elongated layout, with the width being notably less than the depth. Rigorous iterations were meticulously undertaken to align with the exacting requirements of the developer, resulting in the short listing of three distinct options, each possessing its unique set of merits and demerits.
Central to the design philosophy was the creation of Vaastu-compliant layouts, prioritizing individual plot ventilation and the infusion of high-quality natural light. Every independent plot enjoys a generous setback area thoughtfully earmarked for landscaping purposes. The facade design, in pursuit of a modern and opulent aesthetic, incorporates sleek contemporary lines and the judicious use of stone cladding.
Spanning across a spectrum, the plot sizes range from a modest 165 square meters to a more expansive 465 square meters, contingent upon the chosen master planning configuration. This comprehensive approach ensures a harmonious blend of functionality and elegance, elevating the overall allure of the project.
