This remarkable residence, situated in Kathmandu, stands as a pioneering example of a steel structure dwelling in its entirety. It was conceived as a deliberate choice of construction material by our client and brought to life through our design, showcasing breathtaking simplicity and clean, unswerving lines. This architectural masterpiece pays homage to the elegance of steel, proudly displaying exposed structural elements, notably the I-beam.

The Iron Abode: What makes this house truly exceptional is not only its aesthetic appeal but its sustainability. Built-in one of the world’s most seismic-prone regions, it remains structurally sound. As a testament to its eco-friendliness, the structure is not only recyclable at the end of its life but also environmentally responsible throughout its existence.

The layout of “The Iron Abode” is ingeniously modular, based on a structural grid that allows for versatile space planning. Divided into three distinct structural zones, each boasting equal spans, this design provides ample room for various configurations. This inherent flexibility accommodates changes over the years, adapting effortlessly to the evolving needs of its inhabitants.

Adorning the exterior is a striking metallic matte black finish adorned with lush greenery, creating a truly captivating visual spectacle.
