This magnificent structure is like a breath of fresh air amidst the bustling density of Kathmandu’s urban landscape. The client’s vision has given rise to a truly exceptional mixed-use tower, where every floor is a testament to purposeful design and luxury living.

From the ground level, where a vibrant retail space welcomes all, to the first and second floors housing sleek offices, and ascending further to the third and fourth floors, where two elegant apartments grace each level, this tower is a masterpiece of versatility. Crowning this architectural wonder is the penthouse, spanning the fifth to seventh floors, where opulence knows no bounds.

The basement level boasts a state-of-the-art stack parking system, gracefully accommodating up to 12 cars with ease. The penthouse level, a world of its own, boasts six ensuite bedrooms with spacious dressing rooms, an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as staff quarters, an expansive shoe room, three informal living spaces, a tranquil pooja room, a well-equipped gymnasium, and a multi-purpose hall. The cherry on top is the open-to-sky terrace, a true oasis, housing a generously sized jacuzzi and a serene zen garden.

During construction, a twist of fate led to a floor reduction mandated by the local municipality, turning lower-level apartments into additional office spaces. Adapting to this challenge, we crafted a façade that seamlessly conceals any alteration, featuring intricate faceted breaks and a thoughtful change of materials. The shifting of windows across different floors and functions became an art form, beautifully camouflaged within the building’s exterior.

Furthermore, the design incorporated planter beds on multiple levels, introducing a touch of greenery to break the monotony and infuse the tower with a natural, serene charm. This mixed-use tower is not just a structure; it’s a work of art and ingenuity, a harmonious blend of form and function, of grandeur and innovation.
